At Misha Active Outfit LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Customers may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
In case you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
